Copycat Popeye’s Biscuits
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick®
- 3/4 cup Sprite®
- 6 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix Bisquick, Sprite, and sour cream. Roll dough out onto a floured surface until about 1/3 inch thick, and cut with biscuit cutter, or the end of a glass.
- Dip each biscuit into the butter then place on a cookie sheet, making sure they are touching so they’ll rise. Pour any remaining butter on top.
- Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes.
