Green Beans Roasted with Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh Green Beans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together green beans, pecans, olive oil, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.  
  3. Spread out the green beans on a foiled baking sheet and roast the green beans in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes four servings.
