InstaPot Egg Bites

Ingredients

  • 4  bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 6  large eggs  
  • 1/4 cup milk  
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley  
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs and then add remaining ingredients.
  2. Add to egg mold.
  3. Add 1 cup water to bottom of instapot.
  4. Place filled egg mold on trivet and cook on higher pressure for 8 minutes.
  5. Natural release for 8 minutes.
