- 1 pound red potatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped small
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped small
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Wash and cut potatoes into small chunks, then boil 10-15 minutes, checking periodically after 10 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are done, drain and let cool. Add remaining ingredients, mix, and refrigerate.
