- 1 pound Zucchini/Yellow Squash
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
Melt butter on low heat in skillet, slice squash in thin discs and add to pan with 2 tablespoons butter. All of the seasonings are to taste, so add a shake of each, then add more, if needed, once squash is cooked. Sauté squash for about 5 minutes on medium heat, moving them around constantly.
