Teriyaki Jerky
Ingredients
- 5 pounds thin cut meat
- 2 cups Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large ziplock bag and let sit a minimum of 12 hours in fridge and then dehydrate with dehydrator.
