Low Country Boil
Ingredients
- Zatarain’s Crab boil
- 4 tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp (no shells or tails)
- 1 package kielbasa (any kind)
- 1 package hot sausage (andouille)
- 3 pounds red potatoes, cut in half
- 6 1/2 ears of corn
Directions
- Using a very deep stockpot, follow the directions for the crab boil.
- Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes. Add uncooked meats (except shrimp) and corn, boil for about 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and boil a couple more minutes. Drain and spread out on newspaper.
- Sprinkle with cajun seasoning and serve.
