Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- paprika
Directions
- Place eggs in a large saucepan with one teaspoon of baking soda (helps the eggs peel easier), bring to a boil, and then boil eggs for 10 minutes. When eggs are done, dump out water into sink, add cold water to pan and let cool.
- Peel eggs and cut in half. Place whites on a plate, and crush yolks in small bowl with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Fill whites evenly with yolk mixture and then lightly sprinkle with paprika.
