Deviled Eggs

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • paprika

  1. Place eggs in a large saucepan with one teaspoon of baking soda (helps the eggs peel easier), bring to a boil, and then boil eggs for 10 minutes.  When eggs are done, dump out water into sink, add cold water to pan and let cool.
  2. Peel eggs and cut in half.  Place whites on a plate, and crush yolks in small bowl with mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.  Fill whites evenly with yolk mixture and then lightly sprinkle with paprika.
