Pepper Gravy
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk
Directions
- Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan and then whisk in flour and pepper. Then, while continuously whisking stir in salt and garlic salt.
- Slowly pour in the milk and turn heat to medium, whisk occasionally and it will thicken (about 5 minutes) then remove from heat and serve.
