Pepper Gravy


  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk


  1. Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan and then whisk in flour and pepper. Then, while continuously whisking  stir in salt and garlic salt.
  2. Slowly pour in the milk and turn heat to medium, whisk occasionally and it will thicken (about 5 minutes) then remove from heat and serve.
