Jalapeño Popper Dip
- 6-8 bacon slices, diced and cooked crispy (or 3/4 cup bacon bits)
- 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4-6 jalapeños, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
- Stir well, then transfer to an oven proof dish.
- Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
