Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 6-8 bacon slices, diced and cooked crispy (or 3/4 cup bacon bits)
  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  •  4-6 jalapeños, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. Stir well, then transfer to an oven proof dish.
  4. Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
