Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 small garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 anchovy filets or (1 teaspoon anchovy paste)
 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 cup mayonnaise
 - 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Directions
Put everything in a food processor and mix until smooth.
