Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds meat (boneless, skinless chicken breast, skirt steak or peeled and deveined shrimp)
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced lengthwise
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
Directions
- In a gallon storage bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper and your choice of meat.
- Seal and toss the bag around to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator as long as you need to. Cook over high heat until done.
