Coconut Haystacks
Ingredients
- 1 10-ounce bag of milk chocolate chips (other flavors can be substituted)
- 2 cups toasted coconut (toast coconut by putting in cold, dry skillet and toast over medium heat, stirring constantly)
Directions
- Melt chocolate in microwave for one minute, stir, melt again for one minute, stir.
- If additional time is needed to melt chocolate thoroughly, use 30 second intervals.
- Once chocolate is all of the way melted, add toasted coconut and stir thoroughly.
- Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper or parchment paper. Refrigerate until set. Store in refrigerator.
