Jamaican Jerk Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 scotch bonnet peppers (or 1/4 cup scotch bonnet pepper sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried ground thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions

Directions

  1. Throw all marinade ingredients in food processor and pulse a few times to get everything mixed together.
  2. Use gallon sized bag to marinate meat of choice. Marinate up to three days in fridge.
