Mini burgers
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- pkg King’s hawaiian rolls
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, condiments (optional)
Directions
Crumble meat into bowl with seasonings. Make patties (2 ounces each – makes 8) and cook until no longer pink in center. Cut rolls in half and put burgers and whatever else you want on there.
