Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add baking soda and eggs to a large pan of cold water.
- Turn heat on high and once it is boiling, boil for 10 minutes.
- Immediately empty hot water and add cold. Peel once the eggs are cool enough.
