Classic Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  •  1 pound ground pork sausage
  •  2 cups biscuit baking mix
  •  1 tablespoons freeze dried chives
  •  1/4 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, then form into 1- 1/2 inch balls and place on baking sheets.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
