Classic Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 1 tablespoons freeze dried chives
- 1/4 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, then form into 1- 1/2 inch balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
