Cheese Dip For Pretzels
- 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk and ground mustard and cook until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheese until smooth and all of the cheese is melted.
