Chicken Pot Pie


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 small cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 premade pie shells
  • 1 small cans peas and carrots
  • 1 baking potato diced small
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Deep dish pie pan or casserole dish


  1. Add everything in the crock pot (except pie shells) and cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Remove chicken, shred with 2 forks, and add back to crock pot.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom of deep dish pie pan with pie shell and fill with crockpot mixture. Cover with second pie shell, tuck ends and crimp, and then cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
