• 1 1/2 pounds meat (boneless, skinless chicken breast, skirt steak or peeled and deveined shrimp)
  • 1 medium onion, halved and sliced lengthwise
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning


  1. In a gallon storage bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper and your choice of meat.
  2. Seal and toss the bag around to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator as long as you need to. Cook over high heat until done.
