Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/2 cup chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons spicy chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Directions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl, then add 1/2 the marinade to a ziplock bag with the shrimp and put in fridge to marinate.
  2. Cook shrimp on medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Reserve remaining marinade to pour over shrimp after it is cooked.
