Mini burgers


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • pkg King’s hawaiian rolls
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, condiments (optional)


Crumble meat into bowl with seasonings.  Make patties (2 ounces each – makes 8) and cook until no longer pink in center. Cut rolls in half and put burgers and whatever else you want on there.
