Vanilla Candy (Fat bomb)


  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Erythritol or other sugar equivalent
  • 1 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream


With an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, erythritol, and vanilla extract on high until all incorporated.  Slowly add the whipping cream and continue mixing on high until the consistency of mousse.  If this is not mixed long enough it might be gritty. Store in fridge.
