Keto Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Add egg, salt, and baking powder to a bowl and beat until well combined
  3. Add all other ingredients to egg mixture
  4. Roll sausage mixture into 20-25 sausage balls
  5. Place sausage balls on a cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 16-20 minutes
  7. Store in a sandwich bag or covered bowl in the fridge.
