Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 small cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 premade pie shells
- 1 small cans peas and carrots
- 1 baking potato diced small
- salt and pepper to taste
- Deep dish pie pan or casserole dish
Directions
- Add everything in the crock pot (except pie shells) and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with 2 forks, and add back to crock pot.
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom of deep dish pie pan with pie shell and fill with crockpot mixture. Cover with second pie shell, tuck ends and crimp, and then cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
