Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
4 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 premade pie shells
1 small cans peas and carrots
1 baking potato diced small
salt and pepper to taste
Deep dish pie pan or casserole dish
Directions
Add everything in the crock pot (except pie shells) and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken, shred with 2 forks, and add back to crock pot.
Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottom of deep dish pie pan with pie shell and fill with crockpot mixture. Cover with second pie shell, tuck ends and crimp, and then cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
