Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients crust
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (chocolate graham cracker crumbs may be substituted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
Ingredients cake
- 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet (or milk) chocolate chips, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar and press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over crust in springform pan.
- Bake 65 minutes or until cake center is set. Cool to room temperature and then cool in fridge for at least 4 hours. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. Reduce cooking time for a 10 inch pan by about 10 minutes, and increase cooking time for an 8 inch pan by about 10 minutes.
