Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar and press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over crust in springform pan.
Bake 65 minutes or until cake center is set. Cool to room temperature and then cool in fridge for at least 4 hours. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. Reduce cooking time for a 10 inch pan by about 10 minutes, and increase cooking time for an 8 inch pan by about 10 minutes.
