Chocolate Fondue


  • 12 ounces of milk or dark chocolate (chips or roughly chopped if from a block)
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) of heavy whipping cream
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Heat the cream with a pinch of salt over medium heat in fondue pot just until slightly bubbly.
  2. Turn off pot, add the chocolate, and whisk until smooth and full incorporated.
  3. Reheat fondue pot to low and serve.
