Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons scotch bonnet pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground thyme
- 1 bunch scallions (green onions)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Put everything in a food processor and pulse a few times. It is a fantastic dipping sauce for my jamaican jerk chicken.
