Korean Egg Rolls


  • 1 bunch of (Glass noodles/cellophane noodle) boiled first and then cut up small
  • 1 bag prepared coleslaw cabbage (cut up small)
  • 1 onion chopped very small
  • 1 pound ground beef (raw)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder


  1. Combine everything together (except the wonton wrappers). Wrap in wonton wrappers and deep fry until golden brown.
  2. Do not be intimidated by making these, egg rolls are actually very easy to make. All of these ingredients are raw to start, so they are super easy to handle. The meat DOES get fully cooked in these.
