Frank’s Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce
Directions
- Lightly salt and pepper chicken and set aside.
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat, add chicken, sear for two minutes on each side, add sauce, and then and cook on medium-low until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
