Blackened Pork Chops



  1. Melt the butter in a bowl, and dip the chops in the butter, then coat with the spices.
  2. Heat up the olive oil in the skillet, make sure it is hot before you add the chops.
  3. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, don’t touch the chops while cooking
  4. Flip once and cook on the other side until the temperature reaches 140-150 degrees.
