Pork Chops in Garlic Cream Sauce


  • 3 pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for chops)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for sauce)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Melt butter in pan, brown chops on both sides, then set aside. You will be cooking the rest of the way in the sauce.
  2. For the sauce, melt butter, then add minced garlic and cook until soft. Stir in heavy cream, add pork chops back to pan, then simmer on low until pork chops are done, about 15 minutes.
