Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 ounces blue cheese crumbles (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or more if you like it thinner)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce (or other hot sauce)
- fresh ground black pepper
- kosher salt
Directions
- Mash blue cheese into a coarse paste (skip this step if you like it super chunky).
- Stir together mayo and sour cream until an even mixture forms. Add heavy cream and stir well.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir until completely combined.
- Store in an airtight container in fridge up to a week.
