Blue Cheese Butter
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 4 ounce crumbled blue cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- In a medium sized bowl, mash blue cheese with a fork (how chunky you leave it is totally up to you), add remaining ingredients, mix well, and then refrigerate. This is fantastic on steak and burgers.
