Blue Cheese Butter


  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 4 ounce crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme


  1. In a medium sized bowl, mash blue cheese with a fork (how chunky you leave it is totally up to you), add remaining ingredients, mix well, and then refrigerate. This is fantastic on steak and burgers.
