Frank’s Chicken


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup Frank’s Buffalo hot sauce


  1. Lightly salt and pepper chicken and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat, add chicken, sear for two minutes on each side, add sauce, and then and cook on medium-low until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
