Green Beans Roasted with Pecans
- 1 pound fresh Green Beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together green beans, pecans, olive oil, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread out the green beans on a foiled baking sheet and roast the green beans in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes four servings.
