Crustless Ham and Cheese Quiche

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup diced ham (be sure to get ham low in sugar)
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (swiss or cheddar is best)
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.  Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and whipping cream together and then add ham and cheese and mix.
  2. Put into a casserole dish (I use a two quart oval) sprayed with non-stick baking spray, then cook at 300°F for about 35 minutes.
  3. Quiche is done when eggs are slightly firm in center.  Let quiche sit for about 10 minutes before cutting, the eggs will firm more while sitting.
  4. Cook time may need adjusting depending on size of casserole dish.
